Review by hotel critic
Immersing myself in the buzzing heart of Bucharest, the Novotel became my culinary sanctuary for a memorable gourmet escapade. The Winestone Victoriei 37 Restaurant, a haven of gastronomic delight, offered a truly warm and passionate dining experience. As a proud Romanian, I was thrilled to discover the exquisite selection of traditional dishes like the succulent mangaliţa pork tenderloin, showcasing the richness of our local cuisine. The restaurant's thoughtful design, with its mix of communal tables and cozy corners, created an inviting ambiance to savor both the food and the company. Pairing international flavors with a generous array of Romanian wines, Winestone Victoriei 37 proved to be a paradise for wine enthusiasts like myself.Starting each day with a bright buffet breakfast under the sunlit restaurant's canopy was a delightful ritual, setting the tone for exploration. Evening drinks on the enchanting Mezzanine terrace offered a perfect way to unwind, with a view that captured the essence of the city's charm. In conclusion, Novotel's Winestone Victoriei 37 Restaurant exceeded my expectations, blending culinary innovation with a warm atmosphere, making it a must-visit destination for any food enthusiast exploring Bucharest.
